As the world converged on Rio de Janeiro, TOCA Events assisted our clients at Visa with their 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games hospitality program. Our staff designed, developed and operated a series of customized activations that showcased the best of this Brazilian destination and celebrated the city’s renowned beach culture, eco-forward tourism and Rio’s unique fashion sensibilities. The TOCA Events team secured oceanfront venues along the famed Copacabana Beach as well as a fascinating list of both private and public venues throughout the city. From active options including yoga, hiking, biking and beach fitness camp with celebrity Olympian guest appearances to photo workshops and exclusive shopping immersions, TOCA Events offered a unique menu of VIP experiences.
Our portion of the Visa Olympic Program consisted of customized services for four global waves, and included a total of 40+ activations over a three week period. TOCA provided design and management as well as all associated staffing, equipment and permitting.
